A Question of Meaning was a one-hour television show produced by Katie Brugger and Arthur Hancock from March 2010 through February 2011 for Asheville’s public access channel, URTV. URTV went off the air so our show was discontinued, but segments from each show are on the A Question of Meaning YouTube channel.
